How much to ship my order?
Simple! One piece is $5, and Two or more pieces is $8 total.
Is there ever FREE shipping?
I do a club called Backstage Bloomers every month at the beginning of the month. Watch for details - Free shipping is just one of the perks of the club .
If I am local, can I come over and shop?
Absolutely!! We can schedule an in home shopping appointment.
How quick do I get my order?
I will ship either same day or next.
Can I return items I buy?
I do take returns! I want you to love your pieces. Returns must be received within 7 days of getting the item. All tags must be on. And no stains, pet hair, or odors. Please send me an email at lularoelisalent@gmail.com and I will reply with my address. Please reply back with a tracking number ;)
What if I claim an item and then no longer want it?
Please be very mindful when claiming a piece. When you claim it, then obviously people think that it is unavailable.

When is payment due?
When claiming an item from the website-payment is due immediately, or when an invoice is sent-payment is due within 12 hours.
Can I claim now, and pay later?
No, sorry! You either need to claim immediately on the website, or if invoiced - you need to pay within 12 hours.
